- Every Monday morning, we have an all-employee meeting, where Doug fills us in on current corporate happenings. Educational updates from different areas of the company are also presented.
- There are ongoing group and project team meetings, so everyone is aware of progress and what needs to be done.
- In addition to celebrating important milestones, every month we get together for a party or contest (think baby photo contests, pet photo contests, employee factoid contests, etc.)
- Our "Lunch-and-Learn" seminars cover a wide variety of topics and have included Stock Market 101, Estate Planning, Nutrition, and Stress and Time Management.
